Alyssa Englund, a senior associate in Orrick’s New York office, represents secured and unsecured parties, fiduciaries, formal and ad hoc creditors’ committees and other significant parties in complex bankruptcy cases and restructurings. Before joining Orrick, Ms. Englund was a law clerk to the Honorable Judith A. Boulden, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Utah, where she also served on the Board of Trustees for the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers’ Forum. Prior to that, she was an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
