David B. Blake is counsel for Exxon Mobil Corporation, in its Benefits & Compensation Group where he is responsible for all legal and tax aspects of the company's pension, benefits and compensation programs. He has been practicing in the areas of tax, benefits and employment law for 25 years. He is a graduate of The University of Chicago (J.D. 1986) and Brigham Young University (B.S. 1982). He served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tehran, Iran and London, England. A long-time resident of Dallas, he is married and the father of eight children.
